IRIA Barak Valley Chapter Formed to Strengthen Radiology Network

Silchar, October 13: In a landmark step for the medical community of southern Assam, radiologists from across the Barak Valley came together on Sunday, 12th October 2025, to form the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA) Barak Valley Chapter. The historic meeting marked a new chapter of collaboration, academic exchange, and professional networking among radiologists in the region.
The newly constituted body aims to enhance radiology practices, promote continuous medical education, and uphold the highest standards in diagnostic imaging and patient care.The committee of the IRIA Barak Valley Chapter was announced during the meeting.
